Water System Setup
This guide explains how to correctly configure the water system for your kitchen trailer.
There are two possible water sources:
City Water
Tank Water
Follow the steps carefully to prevent equipment damage or system failure.
IMPORTANT
• Pump is ONLY for Tank Water
• Disconnect Pump when using City Water
• Never open City and Tank valves at the same time
• Disconnect Pump when using City Water
• Never open City and Tank valves at the same time

STEP 01
VALVES THAT MUST ALWAYS BE OPEN
Make sure the following valves are ALWAYS OPEN:
• Cold Water Valve
• Hot Water Valve
Verify this at every sink location.

STEP 02
USING CITY WATER
Follow the standard city water connection process.
STEP 03
USING TANK WATER
Ensure tank valve configuration is correct before operation.
STEP 04
FILLING THE TANK
Follow proper tank filling procedure to avoid overflow.
